* TOURIST TAX

Please note that from September 1st, 2019, the Tourist tax came into force – (Right Deliberation of the City Council no. 114 of 27/11/2018, and of the Town Council, no. 60 of 04/02/2019).
All the owners of accommodation facilities that carry out, for any reason, entrepreneurial or family, the activity of tourist reception both occasionally and continuously, are affected by the tax, as follows:
1) Hotel category (€ 1,00 per person for five consecutive nights): hotels, with or without restaurant;
2) Extra hotel category (€ 0,80 per person for five consecutive nights) as follows:
a) activities of rent rooms;
b) family-run accommodation activities – bed and breakfast;
c) holiday homes;
d) furnished housing units for tourist use;
e) other accommodation facilities;
f) youth hostels;
g) receptive activities in catering establishments;
h) housing as part of the agritourism activity;
i) receptive activities in rural residences;
l) guesthouses for tourists;
m) study centers;
n) old-age residences;
o) campsites and tourist villages;
q) any other tourist-receptive structure that presents elements related to one or more of the previous categories.
