We produce directly from our olive grove and orchard organic produce such as:
– Extra virgin olive oil
– Jams and Preserves, Limoncello, Nocino and other liqueurs
We also produce using local flours and alternative flours (for those suffering from gluten intolerance):
– cakes and biscuits
– taralli
– bread and focaccia
– fresh pasta
